I didn't call for estimate until late afternoon, and Elite was out at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. By noon I had made my decision and my new unit was up before dark the same day. Temprite was the only one who was available on the phone, and my old service guy didnt call when he said he would, so I went without a second bid with Temprite. I'm fortunately happy with the job that was done.

They were so nice. Despite a miscommunication and problems from a supplier, they kept smiling and kept us informed. When the original price of the replacement water heater increased, they did not pass the increase on to us and stuck to the price that was quoted. Nick was great!
