1. To many trips for measurements, they didn't even bother to let us know they were here and jumped the fence 2. The workers had no idea of how the work was to be completed I had to show them the drawing their boss made. 3. Items were improperly manufactured and would of been installed if we hadn't been here. 4. Owner was informed to call house phone but kept calling cell phone. 5. Owner/Foreman never came to the property while the work was being done. 6. Workers were very courteous, understanding, and followed my instuctions on the work to be completed. 7. Work 1 week late 8. A 50% deposit was outrageous, 10 or 20 would of been enough
