First let me say that ServiceMax was my first choice to do the work needed as the other company was really rated at a much-less satisfying value. ARS came over first however. Although I really liked their promptness and I found their employee, Ben, very nice... I also wanted some one who would flush the toilet first and then tell me what was wrong with it.
