| I entered my request for service at 11:47PM Friday night. The Yes! customer representative called me at 11:50PM, just three minutes later! The ARS rep called me at 9:00 AM the next morning and the Service Max rep called at 11:50AM the next morning as well. It looks like the Yes! team really wants to earn my business; I choose Yes! |
